Birthday Party Booking Policy

To reserve a birthday party at the Challenger Learning Center of Maine, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit holds the requested date and time temporarilywhile the booking process is completed, and will be applied toward the total cost of the party.

After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email. A response to this confirmation email is required within 48 hours to finalize your reservation, and hold your event date and time. If a response is not received within this timeframe, your requested date and time may not be held or booked.

A final event reminder email will be sent one week prior to your scheduled party date. A response confirming your attendance is required within 48 hours of this reminder email. If confirmation is not received within that timeframe, the event is subject to cancellation.
